• Users must reside in India and comply with all applicable local laws.

2. Safe Interactions

• Consent is mandatory: Both parties must voluntarily agree to engage in a date or hangout.
• Respect personal boundaries at all times. Harassment, coercion, or manipulation will result in account suspension.
• Do not share personal contact details outside the app until both parties are comfortable.
• We recommend meeting in public places for initial hangouts.

3. Paid Hangout Services

• Phiber allows users to offer or book paid hangout experiences such as coffee meets, lunch dates, or activities.
• Clear pricing must be stated and confirmed before booking.
• No sexual content or escorting is allowed. Violators will be banned permanently.
• Payments are processed via trusted platforms like PhonePe.
• Users must not cancel without valid reason after a confirmed booking.

4. Code of Conduct

• Treat others with kindness and respect.
• No abusive language, hate speech, discrimination, or threats.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading photos are strictly prohibited.
• Do not promote or solicit services, products, or spam within the app.

5. User Verification & Safety

• Users may be required to verify their identity through mobile OTP, email, or selfie verification.
• Report inappropriate behavior or suspicious accounts using in-app tools.
• Zero-tolerance policy toward violence, exploitation, or illegal behavior.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case based on the situation.
• Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled hangout.

7. Privacy and Data

• We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• User chats, preferences, and personal details are never shared publicly.
• Location data is only used to show nearby matches and plan hangouts.

8. Account Suspension & Bans

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate any account that violates this policy, including:

• Inappropriate behavior or harassment
• Fake profiles or scams
• Violation of hangout guidelines
• Payment fraud or misuse of the platform

9. Disclaimers

• Phiber is not responsible for the outcome of any date or hangout.
• Users engage at their own risk and should take necessary precautions.
