2. Hangout Types & Pricing

Users may choose any tier. Prices are inclusive of service and coordination charges. Price may vary based on location and user preferences. This are sample prices and may not be the final prices.

3. Payment Method

Mode:UPI, Credit Card , Debit Card or other local payment methods.
Payment Gateway: Gpay, Phone Pe, Cashfree ,or other local payment methods.

4. Privacy Policy Summary

• Personal data (name, contact, UPI ID, booking details) is used only for booking.
• Location access is asked only when needed for local matches.
• Data is secured and not shared with unauthorized third parties.
• Users can request deletion/export of their data at any time.

5. Terms of Use

• Users must be 18+.
• All hangouts are voluntary and consensual.
• Adult services or any unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
• Respectful behavior is expected; violations may lead to suspension.
• Outside transactions for hangouts are not allowed.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations allowed within 24 hours or before confirmation.
• Refunds processed within 5–7 days to original UPI ID.
• No refund for no-shows or post-confirmation cancellations.
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the session.

7. Safety Protocols

• All hangout-eligible users must verify identity.
• Reports are taken seriously; anonymous reporting supported.
• Public venue recommendations are provided for in-person meets.
• Do not share sensitive financial or residential data.

8. Consent & Disclaimer

Participation is optional and based on mutual agreement. The platform does not guarantee any outcome from a hangout. It acts only as a facilitator, not as an agent or employer of either party.

9. Play Store Compliance

• Does not promote adult or escort content.
• Feature is described as “Premium Social Connection Facilitation”.
• Includes safety, consent, refund, and moderation policies.

10. Guidelines for Hangout Service Providers

• Providers must complete full identity verification before accepting paid hangouts.
• All engagements must be respectful, safe, and free of any unlawful, sexual, or exploitative behavior.
• Providers set their availability and must confirm or decline bookings promptly.
• They are expected to appear on time and maintain a friendly, respectful attitude throughout the session.
• No external payment, personal negotiations, or contact sharing is allowed beyond the platform’s rules.
• Earnings will be settled via UPI after 24 hours of hangout completion, following verification and after deducting the platform commission .
• Multiple cancellations or complaints can lead to suspension or permanent removal.
• By participating, providers agree to follow platform terms, privacy rules, and uphold community standards.
