1. General Safety Tips
- Always prioritize your personal safety while using Phiber.
- Get to know the person through chat before meeting in person.
- Meet in public spaces like cafes, parks, or restaurants.
- Inform a friend or family member about your hangout plan and location.
- Arrange your own transport to and from the meeting location.
2. Hangout Safety (Do's and Don’ts)
- DO: Carry a charged phone and keep emergency numbers saved.
- DO: Choose daytime for first-time hangouts whenever possible.
- DO NOT: Share personal financial info or sensitive details.
- DO NOT: Feel pressured into any activity or interaction.
- DO NOT: Accept food or drinks from someone you don’t fully trust.
3. Digital Safety
- Do not share passwords, banking info, or OTPs.
- Report any profiles that request money, personal photos, or suspicious links.
- Avoid connecting on other platforms until trust is built.
- Block users who make you uncomfortable or exhibit inappropriate behavior.
4. Reporting & Support
Phiber provides in-app tools to report any concerning behavior. We take your safety seriously.
- Tap on the user profile and click “Report” to flag abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
- Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours by our safety team.
- In severe cases, immediate suspension or bans may be applied.
- All reports are confidential, and your identity is never shared with the reported user.
5. Emergency Help
- In any emergency, contact local police (Dial 100) or 112 (National Emergency Number).
